1. DISCOVERY CALL & CONSULTATION
Before we can begin any bid, we first need to understand how you use your space. We’ll ask you about each room involved in your potential project, from how you use it in a given day and your family’s lifestyle to how often you entertain.
Our list of specific questions and visual questionaires will help both you and our team pinpoint exactly what your needs are and will also outline the “wants.” From there, we can begin drafting a bid for your project.
2. DESIGN & BUDGET APPROVAL
We will create a design plan for your project, from architectural blue prints to color palettes. You and any other decision makers for your project will meet with us to discuss and refine that plan until you are completely satisfied with both the selections and the budget range.
3. MANAGEMENT & INSTALLATION
Design plans and dream boards come to life during the management phase of your project. Our team will coordinate with the extended and professional team, which includes your general contractor, subcontractors, and more.

I studied Design and Drafting at the State College of Florida and have worked on hundreds of homes since. I started my design career in soft finishes and decor, then in 2000, moved into Design-Build, working with national and local builders, and architects for the next fifteen years.
